1: The Beginning:

From Folding Towels to Transforming Lives

I grew up in a gym. Started folding towels at 14, became a certified personal trainer before I graduated high school. Graduated College with a Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness Management. I was passionate about fitness and helping people transform their bodies.

But behind the scenes, I was battling severe depression and mental health challenges. There were dark periods where I questioned everything—my worth, my purpose, whether I even wanted to keep going.

2: The Realization That Changed Everything

As I worked with hundreds of clients over 15+ years, I noticed a pattern: The people who got the best results weren't the ones with the best genetics or the most discipline. They were the ones who addressed the WHY behind their struggles.

I became obsessed with understanding the holistic side of transformation: nutrition science, habit psychology, the mind-body connection, how confidence shows up in every area of life. I pursued certifications in nutrition coaching, wellness coaching, corrective exercise, DNA-based fitness, and strength and conditioning.

But more than any certification, my own experience taught me that transformation requires addressing the whole person—body, mind, emotions, habits, and total life experience.

That's why I created Wholistically Fit. Because I believe true, long term sustainable life transformation isn't about willpower or restriction—it's about understanding the root causes of why you're stuck and addressing them at every level.

After 15+ years in this industry, I've worked with hundreds of clients—from people who needed to lose 70+ pounds to those building their dream physiques, from those overcoming depression to those rebuilding confidence after major life changes.

I've seen firsthand how the right coaching can transform not just someone's body, but their entire life—their relationships, their careers, their sense of self-worth, their energy for their kids, their ability to show up fully in the world.
